HOW TO FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT Your ankle size is probably the most important measurement for determining which length will work best for you. To measure, wrap a soft tape measure around your leg above your ankle bone and add between 1/2 to 3/4 inch to the number you get. For example, if your ankle measures 9 inches, you will need a 9¼ - 9¾ inch anklet. This will allow room to loosen or tighten the ankle bracelet to fit just right and avoid for it to break while performing any physical activity. MATERIALS All chains are made of 18K Gold Filled. Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of 18k gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to jewelers’ brass as base metal. You can shower with it however you should avoid saltwater, chlorine swimming pools & jacuzzi. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals including lotions and or perfumes. Store your jewelry away in a box or keep it wrapped up. Do not use abrasive compounds i.e. baking soda to clean the jewelry.
