All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Order. If for any reason you need a change of address, please message us with 1-hour of placing your order

All parcels that are Returned To Sender due to incomplete or inaccurate address will need to be re-processed and a shipping fee will need to be re-purchased in order to re-send the package

RETURNS / REFUNDS
We only do exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact within 3 days upon receiving your package. Please note that in order for us to grant an exchange the piece must not be worn. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost. Items on sale are not eligible for exchanges

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons

YanYa Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance
