Shipping policy

SHIPPING ADDRESS
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Order. If for any reason you need a change of address, please message us with 1-hour of placing your order.

Please double check your address before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing an order.

RETURNED TO SENDER
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate address will need to be re-processed and a shipping fee will need to be re-purchased in order for us to re-send the package.

LOST PACKAGES
Please note that if your package is lost in transit we will work with you and USPS or the shipping carrier to request tracking, all lost packages will be sent out after the packages has been missing or lost and clearly stated by the courier as lost. 
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
ALl custom made orders take 1-7 days to process. We will ship the item after, please make sure you add this time to the total shipping time.
