Conditions of Exchanges
All returned items must be shipped back in its original inner packaging and condition. Buyers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All exchanged items will incur a 20% restocking fee. 
Earrings (including nose rings, belly rings and all) can't be returned or exchanged. 
If your purchased received free shipping and it is returned, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 
Free shipping only applies if you keep the item or exchange it for a different one. 

We don't accept cancellations.

The following items can't be exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings
Returns and exchange details
Our jewelry is handcrafted and personalized just for you, some designs are not eligible for exchange. All engraved, customized and or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged. But please contact us in case there are any issues with your order. We are here to help you have a good experience and we want you to love our products. 

PERSONALIZED:
Any custom made items; which include but are not limited to: letter initials, personalized name necklaces, or any items cut to your desired size are custom made just for you and are not eligible for exchange. No exceptions.

EARRINGS:
Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns. All earring sales are final.

ORDER NOT CORRECT?
We understand sometimes things can go wrong with your order, if we have made a mistake, please let us know within 2 days of receipt and we are happy to make it right!

REPAIRS:
We hope you never need a repair on a design purchased from our shop, but if you do let us know and we can work with you. Repairs may require a fee.

TOO SHORT?
If your necklace arrives and it is too short, there are two options.
1. Purchase an extender in our shop for a small fee, it can be used on all of your necklaces.
2. Return the necklace to our shop within 7 days of receipt and we can replace the chain. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Also, please be sure to include your name, new length and return address.

NOT DELIVERED?

We ship all orders USPS, if your package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please give your package a little more time to show up, these usually do find their way to you.

Report to us packages that are 14 days or older from the last scan. We are happy to file a lost mail report with USPS and work with you, we insure all our packages. The insurance is only recovered if the package is lost in transit not if the item shows delivered.
