SHIPPING ADDRESS
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. If for any reason you need a change of address, please message us with 1-hour of placing your order
Please double check your address before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing an order
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate address will need to be re-processed and a shipping fee will need to be re-purchased in order to re-send the package
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We only do exchanges. Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your package. You can choose a new item or get Store Credit. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost. Items on sale or customized are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Please note you will need to ship items back within 7 days of delivery
We do not do cancellations
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons
YanYa Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply at their country's borders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or issues with postal services
