Refund, Exchange, Repair Policy

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. 

  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • All earrings as well as personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount. 
  • ALL international orders are FINAL SALE

*Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched, worned,damaged, etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.

ORDER NOT CORRECT
We understand sometimes things can go wrong with your order, if we have made a mistake, please let us know within 2 days of receipt and we are happy to make it right!

REPAIR POLICY

We hope that the quality of our product will withstand all of life’s adventures, however, should your YanYa Jewelry piece need repair within 30 days of purchase, we will repair your piece free of charge. Please note you are responsible for all shipping fees for any repairs.

You may contact us at info@yanyajewelry with your order number and an image of the piece needing service. For jewelry past 30 days of receipt, additional fees will apply. All additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your repair’s completion. 

PLEASE NOTE: Repairs have a processing time of 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of repair required for your YanYa jewelry. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times. Items that are international orders, lost, altered or repaired outside of YanYa jewelry will result in voided warranty.
